A unique integrated facility “Precision Machining and Contract Assembly” is created by combining the experience of Design, Manufacturing and Assembly available for wide range products over the last 50 years.
This machining & assembly facility, which was available only for internal Use, is now available for external customers also. With this unique approach, customers now have a ‘single window approach’ for their precision machining and contract assembly requirements.

Assembly
Adequate area is available for Assembly activities with crane and material handling facility.
A workforce with skilled & experienced technicians equipped with excellent assembly aids. These assembly skills are derived after assembling a number of CMM Measuring machines, Standard Room Products & Multi-Gauging Automated Systems etc. over time.
The manual skills like scraping, lapping etc. are available for achieving desired flatness, bearing and clearance between the sliding surfaces, which require highest accuracy.
The skills required for critical assembly using ball screws, LM guides, precision bearings are available. Electrical (CNC & PLC), Hydraulic, Pneumatic, & Lubrication systems are independently assembled and interfaced with the mechanical units to achieve the desired cycle / results.
The automatic loading / unloading arrangement for complex applications are undertaken and integrated with main systems.
The sub-/ final assemblies are validated as per quality plans using sophisticated equipments like Laser interferometer, CMM, Portable CMM & Ball Bar etc.
The Final assembly / product is extensively tried out and tested out for performance, jointly with the customers before dispatch.
